The location was stunning close to center, and had everything you needed. It was a pleasure to meet Ernst, the host, everything was perfect.

The location is perfect! Very close to the Lake and the property itself is family-friendly. Kids could enjoy the garden and its own small playground. We stayed at the southend of the lake where swimming and playing at the famous well-spaced playground can be done at the same time. There's a slide for kids that directly gives you a splash! We also enjoyed a freshly baked bread from the Tuesday market by the lake for our breakfast! All these can be reached in less than 3 mins by foot.

We felt happy, no complaints at all.

I loved provided a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. It was located in a calm area next to Hallstatt port, centre of town and the lake which was stunning, Staff were amicable, had a comfortable stay for key pick up time.

I recently stayed at a charming, clean, and comfortable apartment in a great location near the lake. It was just a short walk to the town and all the activities in Hallstatt, but still away from the tourist crowd. The owners, Silvia and Ernst, were friendly and helpful, offering local advice without being overbearing. I loved that the apartment included parking right next to it, which was a huge convenience. Plus, they were pet-friendly with no additional fee.

For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor play facilities for children to enjoy in the vicinity.

I was absolutely blown away by the incredible facilities in the room. From the extra comfy bed to the spotless and functional bathroom, everything was top-notch. The hosts also went above and beyond by letting us keep our car in their parking lot even after we checked out. The location was simply amazing, with the apartment being so close to the breathtaking lake, park, and recreational area. It was the perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and strong water pressure in the shower. It was clean, tidy, and oh so cozy. They even provided us with a baby cot, which was a pleasant surprise. The funicular to the mountain top, local shops, and restaurants were all conveniently close. The owners were lovely and incredibly helpful, even giving us a ride to the train station when it was raining on the day of departure. I can't recommend this place enough. It truly was a treat and I hope to visit again soon.

The surrounding garden with barbecue facilities and a small pond made us feel like we were in our own little countryside retreat. This spacious apartment was a short stroll away from the charming UNESCO World Heritage town of Hallstatt, giving us easy access to its beauty and history. The traditional Alpine style of the apartment, with its wooden floors and furniture, added a cozy and authentic touch to our stay. Having a kitchen with a dining area allowed us to enjoy some homemade meals and saved us from constant dining out. The views of the mountains from the apartment were simply breathtaking, reminding us of postcards come to life. We enjoyed the variety of activities available, from cycling and fishing to playing tennis on-site or exploring the area further.

Pricey, but reasonable for the area.

For the price we paid, our stay at Silvia Cijan was great value. The room was clean and well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with the lake just a minute away, and other attractions nearby. The owner was a true gentleman, allowing us to check in early and making sure we had a comfortable stay.

Breakfast items could be improved with fresher towels and bedsheets.
